The Maui condo rates
shown are for one to four guests.. Please add applicable taxes.
A cleaning fee will be charged for all stays less than 7 nights.
Add to all daily room
rates Hawaii Gross Excise Tax of 4.16% and Hawaii Hotel Room Tax at 8.25%.
Each tax is to be computed on the total charges exclusive of the other tax.
DEPOSITS:
A 50% deposit must be
received within 7 days of confirmation along with a signed
rental agreement.
Reservations without advance deposits are subject to automatic cancellation
without notice. Guarantee for arrival within 14 days of booking may be made
by PayPal. Payment in full is required no later than 30 days prior to your
scheduled arrival date.
Payment by credit card
through PayPal add 3% for fees.
CANCELLATIONS:
Deposits for our Maui
condo at Napili Point Resort are fully refundable if cancellation is made
prior to 31 days before scheduled arrival date. Cancellation within 30 to 15
days of arrival – 50% of deposit is refundable. Cancellations within 14 days
of arrival are non-refundable. (This cancellation policy refers only to your
50% deposit. Many guests prefer the convenience of paying for their entire
stay in full. If you have made payment in full and decide to cancel - the
policy only applies to your 50% deposit. Any amount you pay, above the
deposit amount, is always fully refundable, prior to the scheduled check-in
date, for any reason.). Upon the scheduled arrival date, the total balance
of the stay is non-refundable.
CHRISTMAS POLICY:
Full refund of deposit less
$150.00 cancellation surcharge until November 1st. Cancellations
after November 1st, refund of deposit only if unit gets rebooked.
Our Maui condo at Napili point
is very popular during the Christmas holiday season.
A seven night minimum is
required for stays between Dec 17th and January 8th
2011.
FAMILY PLAN:
Families are welcome at
our Napili Point Resort, Maui condo.
Children under 18 stay
at no additional charge if they occupy existing beds in the room with their
parents.
